Project management activities
A COP address database will be established, maintained and used throughout project duration. In order to allow for an enlargement of the COP network, a continuous update and identification of new interested parties will be ensured by the project management.
A preparatory phase report will be drawn after the first 6 months including the results achieved within this phase, such as finalisation of the composition of the core partnership, specification of rules of procedures as well as expected results of the COP, detailed actions, etc. The annual report and a final report will be drawn and disseminated comprising the tasks obtained and results achieved by the COP.
It is planned to evaluate the work performed by the COP via subcontracting external expertise. The evaluation shall include findings on the COP’s overall aim “enhancing policy outcomes”. The evaluation will take place in the second year (end of 2010).
The project management will ensure solid financial management as well as a high quality of project management throughout project duration. Professional communication services and facilities for the COP network will be available.
Project management activities are carried out by the Centre for Social Innovation (ZSI) within the framework of the Co-ordination Unit of Austrian "Territorial Employment Pacts" (TEPs).
