On the eve of an intensive debate about the reform of Cohesion Policy post-2013, the OPEN DAYS will concentrate on 'competitiveness, co-operation and cohesion' and present best practice from regional development programmes across Europe:

The draft outline of the event to be held on Thursday 21st October 2010 in the border area of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is attached.
There will be a transport organised from Dublin to conference venue (and back) for all participants of the COP Meeting. Please indicate your participation here.

If COP members have any recommendations on speakers from an EU level, please advise Richard Deane (RDeane@pobal.ie) at the 5th COP meeting in Chania.
